Theres something about Up North Michigan that just makes us feel amazing! Whether your a Michigan native or visiting, the towns are really worth spending some time at. We usually make a trip once a year somewhere up there and this summer we decided to head back to Charlevoix and it was the PERFECT weekend getaway!

We don't know about you but ever since tiny houses showed up on HGTV we've been fascinated! The concept had always intrigued us and even though we don't think we could do it full time, getting away and trying it out for a couple of nights was awesome!

If you want to feel a million miles away from everything then take a trip to the Mushroom houses in Charlevoix! We are not kidding when we say it feels like you are transported to a totally different place. As Michigander's it was so strange to be in a place that we have visited several times and feel like we were in another country.
